Description

This is an exciting and new role for a highly self-motivated, tenacious and go getting individual. The role requires an industry professional within the intermediary mortgage and protection arena. You will be responsible for promoting and selling market leading software to new strategic partners by securing long term contracts achieved through superior relationship management.

Acquire new accounts and customers by hunting out sales and revenue opportunities across the market

This is both a field and office based position between either the Bromsgrove or Croydon offices, but will also require UK travel and potential overnight stays away during the week.

  • Accountable for the delivery of revenue across several product areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new accounts and customers by hunting out sales and revenue opportunities across the market.
  • Develop relationships within the market, creating a bedrock of contacts that will pass you sales leads and opportunities.
  • Compile a regular report on all sales achievements detailing license numbers, revenue and advising implementation plan required for successful customer on boarding journey.
  • Drafting of new fee proposals and customer agreements.
  • Able to create self-generated appointments to boost lead generation.
  • Conduct face to face visits, live product demonstrations over the phone and weekly webinars educating customers on our product.
  • Present our software to new clients through a structured presentation, using agreed sales tools.
  • Achieve sales revenue for new account targets.

Profile

As a member of the Corporate Sales team, you will have an outstanding track record developing B2B sales software. The role requires an articulate, ambitious, results driven and highly motivated Business Recruitment Manager/BDM, who has a firm commitment to continuous self-improvement and a proven track record in closing both face to face and telephone led sales at the highest level.

Ideally already known within the industry, with an excellent reputation you will be well placed to focus on both large and small medium enterprise distributors such as DA and AR distribution channels, mortgage clubs etc.

  • Experience in the Mortgage and Protection arena.
  • Strong skills and knowledge of software utilised across financial services.
  • Communicates with impact - superior presentation and communication skills.
  • Ideally CeMap qualified
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with new customers.
  • Articulate, innovative and challenging mind-set with strong collaborative style.
  • Energetic, strong, confident and self-disciplined work ethic.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain deep pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to negotiate, build relationships and successfully close a high level of sales opportunities.
  • High level of personal confidence, manage change through influence whilst inspiring Customers to move/switch software providers.
  • Credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity.
  • Ability to recognise opportunities, develop them and maximise revenue lines.
  • Proficient in selling techniques, objection handling and solution delivery.
  • Full UK and Clean driving license.
