Position Description

THE ROLE

Responsible for the strategic direction and sales performance online, overseeing all areas of online marketing including affiliate marketing, paid search and CRM strategy.
This is leadership role accountable for defining and driving the strategy for the ecommerce business in order to achieve sales objectives, while preserving and building the brand integrity.

* Full responsibility for on line P&L, analytics and reporting.
* Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, lead generation, consumer acquisition, site traffic, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
* Identify required site updates to improve site performance and drive sales/ margin. Manage the execution of on-going site updates that provide enhanced functionality. Insure integrity and functionality of all on site content and engagement tools.
* Ensure alignment with global vision whilst maintaining local relevance
* Ensure alignment with regional/ local retail marketing strategy and activation plans
* Managing mobile and web site optimisation, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality to positively impact e commerce efforts.
* Alignment of inventory demand, and sales plan through accurate forecasting with finance and supply chain.
* With the support of the Digital Marketing Manager, drive the alignment of the marketing calendar and consumer engagement activities across all channels: earned, owned and paid media. Building strategies for traffic acquisition, and goals across paid search, SEO optimisation, Social, Affiliates and Direct Mail.
* Defining strategies to increase reach, further increase traffic and sales conversion.
* Working with the digital marketing agency to plan and execute acquisition campaigns including paid search, display, videos, affiliates and partners.
* Overseeing social media and social sharing activities across all key channels
* With the support of the CRM manager you will drive revenue across our Direct to consumer channels through innovative strategies and tactics designed to acquire, retain, reactivate and reward consumers across all segments.
* Building consumer centric strategies for lead generation, new customer acquisition and sales growth via digital and direct marketing.
* Leveraging the CRM platform to optimise lifetime value. Enhancing the CRM database to improve the knowledge of customer preferences in Brands and products.
* Driving the consumer acquisition and loyalty initiatives across all channels, focusing on personalisation, testing and driving engagement and retention.
