Our role overview -

We need someone that is a true expert in Oracle to join us a Business Analyst. Your background could be in a similar role or someone that utilises it's functionality from a user perspective.

The Oracle Financials Business Analyst will primarily be accountable for implementation and deployment activities related to deployment and support of Oracle Fusion. You'll gather requirements, identify configuration changes and serve as a liaison between the business and the implementation team.

This will be initially working on client site on the outskirts of London for one of the UK's biggest retailer.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Translating business requirements into high quality technical solutions.
  • Working closely with the engineering team, define requirements and acceptance criteria for new products to ensure quality of development.
  • Translating technical details into 'business language'.
  • Coordinate with other Teams where required to deliver roadmap items.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand current workload products across our business units and propose/implement new products working alongside them.

Essential Skills -

  • Recent demonstrable experience of delivering Oracle Financials.
  • Flexibility, ability to plan and organise, responsiveness, creativity, self-starter.
  • Able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation
