Head of Research and Insight - Leading Retailer


£100,000 + benefits

This fantastic opportunity is for one of the leading retailers in the UK. You will work with a mixture of transactional, quantitative, qualitative and market information to directly impact on commercial strategy and business decisions. The seniority of this role will be reflected within the large amount of presentation of meaningful data driven insights to executive level stakeholders


This brand has a great history of producing innovative and diverse products for all ranges of customer across the UK. They have an industry leading presence in numerous sectors and utilises it's internal analytics consultancy to great effect when making strategic commercial decisions.


  • Integrate with Business units internally and bridge the gap between analytics and commercial reality
  • Own Survey implementation, right through from design to post insight and analysis.
  • Work alongside data analysts/scientists, working on the latest cutting-edge tools, to perform data driven insights which directly impact on the brands strategic direction.
  • Take a consultative approach with executive level members, to recommend them on best practice with regards to customer engagement.
  • Manage a team of 4
