My client is an established Interim Management firm who are part of a global Search Group based in over 50 countries.
They have real strength and depth in their pedigree, and are now in an enviable position to leverage the Search firm's network that they have recently affiliated with.
They have several practice areas covering Financial Services, Manufacturing, Business and Professional Services, and are seeking to appoint a senior individual within the Interim Management space to both add to their practice areas, but also to take a leadership role in building and developing the business alongside the existing owners.
You will need to be an established Interim Management professional with a strong billing track record. Sector background is less important than the right fit. You will want to lead from the front building your practice, but also leading and growing the existing team both domestically and potentially internationally in the future.
This opportunity carries a significant equity participation if you can add sufficient value, indeed opportunities of this nature are very rare in such an established business.
Base salary is likely to be in the region of £100-£130k, and you would likely be expecting an OTE in excess of £200k. Soft landing incentives/first year schemes will be considered for the right candidate who undoubtedly might be leaving an established practice behind them.
