Our client, a rapidly growing and award winning employee benefits consultancy, are looking to strengthen their team by appointing a Business Development Manager / New Business Consultant focussed on expanding their client base. With a track record in winning corporate employee benefit appointments in the SME / Corporate market, the ideal candidate will be experienced in DC, Auto Enrolment, DB, risk and flex benefits.
You will be responsible for working with existing clients as well as our clients network of introducers to generate further business. This is a varied role dealing with a range of clients from SME's to smaller corporate clients throughout the UK. You will be responsible for the full sales process from prospect stage, formal presentations to the closure of business. Other responsibilities will include attending seminars and networking meetings to ensure the business need is met.
Candidates need to have a proven new business background within the pensions or broader employee benefits arena.
