Is leading, supporting and coaching a team of fleet professionals to manage and develop volume and profitability on their client portfolios. This is what we call a 'hunting on farms' role, because there is a lot of potential identified across the portfolio that your team can secure, meanwhile ensuring each client is happy to buy from their 'trusted advisor' account managers.
Highly visible provider of fleet and broader mobility services, working with equally high-visibility client brands. They can demonstrate success in converting multi-supply transactional accounts into sole supply 'solutions' business through both insight-based selling and making sure they are their clients 'trusted advisor', rather than a provider of quotes for vehicles.
You have a stable CV that demonstrates career progression into directly managing field teams. Ideally but not essentially from a fleet background, you can evidence how your coaching and supporting of your teams has generated great results, enabling their success and career development. Additionally, you can lead from the front, standing alongside and showing your team how to win in competitive environments.
