Business Development Director - Commercial/Corporate Invoice Finance Location - Flexible £75- 85k basic plus car allowance, bonus, commission and excellent benefits Our client is a well-established Financial Institution with a strong track record of funding SME Businesses with a range of products including Invoice Finance. Having grown significantly over recent years our client is now starting to do deals in the £2-10m funds out space. You will also have the opportunity through your success to develop and lead a team focussed on this sector and help shape the proposition, strategy and products. Lead generation will be undertaken through marketing initiatives with your network of specialist key business introducers, and also through other internal direct marketing and web based channels. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of performance in deal completion with a specific knowledge of the Invoice Finance / ABL sector. Head of Underwriting - Consumer Finance Reading £80,000 to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits Our client is a provider of great consumer and specialist finance products in niche areas. They are looking for a Head of Underwriting and Loan Administration. The individual needs to have previous experience underwriting high value consumer loans. The individual will need to develop the loan underwriting and administration processes and procedures. This is a start up business which requires a hands on approach. The jobholder has to be proactive in working with clients, often face to face, to provide a first class service. You will operate as a member of the senior management team. Key responsibilities: To create and maintain Credit Policy To manage the end to end loan cycle from loan acceptance, administration, collections and recoveries. To manage lending within credit risk appetite. To implement and manage anti-fraud policies and procedures. To oversee development of appropriate MI to assess actual loss experience and, in conjunction with senior management, to provide direction to new product development, pricing and other commercial decision making. Head of Compliance Manager Up to c.£80,000 per annum plus benefits North West England Our client is a well-established and fast expanding financial services group. As they continue to expand their UK operation they are keen to appoint a Head of Compliance to drive the regulatory agenda across their business areas and offices nationwide.
