Must have Gaming or Gambling experiance Position: Managing Director Package: £200k+ package, Equity Location: Manchester 5 questions you should ask yourself as a Managing Director: Am I able to lead? Do I or the company need to adapt to realise my personal goals? Speaking of adapting who is it that needs to? Where is my challenge? Am I doing what I should, or could I be doing more? What's the point of asking yourself those questions when you are a Managing Director? Well for me (I'm not an MD) it's always allowed me to decide if I'm happy what I'm doing by reflecting. It's like the coin flip, should I leave or go? Attach that question to either heads or tails and you find out whilst it's in the air which one you want. If only it was that easy! But it is that easy for you to lose sight of your career goals and competitor who is around the corner waiting to take advantage. In its industry of gaming and competition it's time things were mixed up and a new player dominated the market. 16 employees for the moment, 4 founders are taking a back seat to see you employ a management team and deliver what you think is the best strategy moving forwards to continue the success they've overseen in the last 5 years. With a platform built and brand which is well known in the industry we are taking the next steps to take this ecommerce platform to surpass its competitors. What will you get as the Managing Director? A 5-year plan that has been documented and delivered by a team of consultants in conjunction with KPMG Investment in people - Capital available to deliver growth Ability to adapt strategy - The founders are keen that you are left to decide what is best for the business A challenge - When was growing a business ever easy? A new idea that has proved successful in a growing market It's online, it's digital it's hip. Ok that last bit was a bit cringe, but you understand me! Worth hearing more? Call or apply!
