Job Title - Senior Business Development Manager Industry - FinTech Location - London / global roles Salary - £90K - £110K base + uncapped commission The Role This is a predominantly new business sales role and you will be targeting clients across the UK and beyond. Clients will include investment banks, large asset managers and hedge funds, vendors, exchanges and fintechs. You will be selling a complex desktop application software solution which aims to improve trader workflow. Deal sizes can range from approx £50K to upwards of £1M and sales cycles can be lengthy. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience selling a complex software solution into both buy side and sell side clients. You will have extensive capital markets experience and ideally be well connected within the potential client base. You must be technically competent but you must also be someone who can sell - both a hunter and a deal closer. You will have experience closing large new business deals (greater than £100K) and be used to a long and complex sales cycle. The Package You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £110K plus uncapped commission with no threshold. We are partnering exclusively with our client in their search for a Financial Controller. This is a newly created headcount that came about due to recent changes in structure. Conveniently located in Central London, this will be an exciting role that spans across UK, US and Asia in coverage. Reporting to the CFO, this is a full-spectrum role looking after financial accounting, budgeting and forecasting, tax and statutory reporting and internal controls.
