The successful Associate Director - Surveyor will be working on behalf of a variety of blue chip clients and prestigious financial institutions helping to ensure their assets deliver higher returns and perform better. As the successful Associate Director - Surveyor, you will take 'full ownership' of a given number of properties and will be responsible for property inspections. The Role of The Successful Associate Director - Surveyor will include; Managing a portfolio of properties Carrying out property inspections taking note of building defects, tenant alterations, occupiers and what is happening in the local area.
