The Role The Construction Director will be a senior executive who has experience in running a construction contracting business, ideally residential, and would like to lead from the front in the construction side of an innovative and growing development business .Ability to take control, drive quality and on time delivery on site, and manage P&L are prerequisites, as is an eye for the details which really impact the customer experience. You will inspire and motivate operational teams to deliver the companies vision, values and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include: delivering and exceeding expectations for the budgeted P&L return, delivering quality, health, safety and environmental considerations, managing the customer from beginning to end .A "can do " attitude and an ability to take your team with you on the journey are essential.
