Client Side Construction Project Manager for a London developer looking for someone to run a Surrey scheme, so your time will be split between the two - flexible depending on where you live. An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our central London developers who are looking for a delivery focused project manager to initially lead on a new scheme they have recently gained planning permission for, so are good to go. The scheme is a joint venture with a dynamic London based developer and a public sector client who have recently acquired a large commercial asset. The development will mean the demolition of the existing building and replacing it with around 200 flats, a new underground heating system, a public square, and plenty of retail and commercial on top and around the development. This will be c. 40 million scheme and would ideally suit someone who particularly enjoys the delivery side of project management. You must have strong construction management experience and enjoy being "hands on". You will be working for a class developer who's main other schemes are PRS and cradle to grave development which you will likely get involved with later on, however the pressing need now is for the delivery focused project manager to progress this mixed use scheme. UK experience is essential, and ideally PRS/residential/mixed use, but all sectors considered for the right person. Please call/email for further information. Ideally you could start fairly quickly.
