International Sales Director Brief Overview Triad's prestigious client are seeking an International Sales Director. The client has an expanding network of distributors of their unique award-winning technology, with a presence in forty countries across six continents. You will operate from the UK and the initial target market will be to develop the US market to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Drive the market penetration of Software/Hardware products and services into the US market. Develop the in country infrastructure in terms of securing office space, people and distribution Drive dealer recruitment and dealer enablement Deliver a national sales strategy to ensure maximum sustainable growth, is achieved across all territories, channels and product segments. Drive operational and commercial excellence to ensure capability to exploit relevant sector opportunities. Enhance people capability within the organisation, equipping it with the right talent for future success. Experience/Key Skills Experience of developing sales strategies with the US marketplace An understanding of Software Integrated Sales The right candidate will be able to show demonstrable experience in sales, marketing and operations.
