They have achieved outstanding sales and revenue and to sustain their growth they are looking for a go-getter BDM or Account Director with a hunter flair to grow and expand existing clients and win new logos. Their AI & Operational/Business Intelligence analyses financial and operational data and presents clear opportunities for improvement. This is a very successful start-up business and as such you will have the opportunity to: Help develop the future solutions by working with the Customer Success/Product teams Help influence the direction of the company through direct input to the leadership team Instrumental in creating a territory and vertical strategy to set up future success Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager/Account Director Manage and close new business as well as expanding existing client accounts. Build new pipeline and manage the existing inbound opportunity Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers across the prospect and client base Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives in particular C-levels within the target customer base Work strategically with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless, value-driven approach from first meeting through to roll-out and expansion Requirements for the Business Development Manager/Account Director 5+ year track record of success as a Business Development Manager/Account Director within SaaS/enterprise environment Experience selling into Retail, Transportation, Hotels & Restaurants Experience developing new business territories with a systematic and disciplined approach Excellent ability to identify, develop and build strong relationships at the C-Suite level particularly CFO A history achieving and exceeding sales targets. An appetite to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment with a rapidly growing company Ability to travel domestically and internationally Is this you?
