This position would be ideal for someone with a strong technical background in due diligence and who has the commercial acumen to develop their career in this challenging area. You will ideally have gained specific experience in the OMB sector where you will have worked closely with client businesses with an awareness and understanding of how corporate deals are structured. The role will involve gaining a clear and thorough understand of the client business so that you are able to clearly and concisely prepare key financial information for potential acquirers.
