After a recent successful funding round, our client is looking to bring on a demand generation focussed marketer for this newly created job. Our client is a market leading B2B software business and now one of the largest privately owned in the UK. After this recent investment, they are now primed for continued growth. Selling Points; Newly created role Recent round of investment secured All decision making in the UK Ability to work from home 1 day per week (you must live outside London) Challenges; Company has just acquired a company so they will need integrating, with further acquisitions to be completed soon High growth plans Key responsibilities of the Head of Digital Marketing; reporting into the CMO in the UK, you'll be responsible for owning and executing on their digital marketing activities to help bring about a digital first shift in the business. Day to day you'll be involved in; Planning; create a strategy to help transform the business into a digital first company Management; lead and coach a direct team of 4, and work closely with other stakeholders across sales, product management, IT, operations Brand; use digital to help raise the profile of the business Inbound; create an inbound approach to demand generation, using MarTech to support that Website; be responsible for managing the development of a new website to better communicate the business' value proposition and help with conversions Digital; execute PPC campaigns and utilise SEO & SEM Demand Generation; work with the wider marketing team to map the customer journey and build lead generation funnels, also using ABM Budget Management; manage a budget and suppliers that support with services Measurement; measure the ROI and conversion rates for campaigns and leads Skills & experience the Head of Digital Marketing must have; B2B digital marketing experience from the Technology sector Experience of working for larger brands would be beneficial Good understanding of how to create a digital first strategy for a business Hands on first, strategic second Experienced user of marketing technology solutions and a firm understanding of how digital can generate leads Excellent communication skills Commercially astute Salary & benefits for the Head of Digital Marketing role; £80,000 - £100,000 basic + £20,000 bonus & benefits If this vacancy interests you we'd be delighted to hear from you.
