My client is a large leisure company and they're in the market for a Senior Internal Auditor. They have a growing team and are looking to add to their internal audit function. Based in Dublin, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering audits. The candidate must be able to commit to 50% European travel Key Responsibilities: To work alongside the Head of Audit in enabling ongoing programs of internal audits. To work closely with external partners in the planning and the delivery of internal audit reporting. To have previous experience of reporting to higher management level. You will need to perform actual internal audit field work both in Dublin and also in International offices. You will need to be able to commit to 50% travel throughout Europe. The successful candidate will have: Will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIA qualified. A strong background with over 2 years experience in internal audit, and preferably started out in the Big 4. Ability to work autonomously and run projects to a high standard. Ability to work well under pressure. Experience in report writing is essential. Strong analytical skills are a must.

Our client is a business going through and exciting rejuvenation and change with their Infrastructure and Construction Division looking to grow their finance team after a successful and profitable year. Reporting into the Finance Director this is a commercially oriented role which will be heavily involved in projects and bid pricing. Other responsibilities include: •Support the division's FD to ensure adequate financial controls are in place and adhered to, creating an environment of timely accurate reporting. •Provide financial support to the business unit's leaders giving meaningful, value adding analysis on issues impacting the business •Review and present the businesses monthly results to the divisional management team including reporting •Review and validate monthly forecasts and annual businesses plans •Focus on engaging with the business to optimise working capital management. •Assist in pricing and scenario planning to ensure bids are properly priced. •Implement and fully embed monthly project reviews. •Engage and oversea the offshore and onshore teams (where appropriate) to develop the finance team driving improvements and efficiencies. This is a fast paced and dynamic business that's pushing new boundaries which is driven by an exceptional leadership team. This will be a pivotal role in both supporting the CFO and managing the running of the finance team.
