As the Senior Finance Manager you will have full control over all the financial aspects of the organisation. The role will entail people management where you lead a team to produce and analyse any financial information and implementation required. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a VP to join a successful & trusted M&A advisor. This credible organisation are known for their M&A experience, expertise, and their ability to build strong relationships with clients. This VP opportunity has come about due to the organisation having grown rapidly, offering an extremely strong deal flow. As a VP you will work closely with a partner and be responsible in supporting the Fundraising of transactions from start to finish and leading delivery on the buying and selling side. You will lead preparation of business plans, client presentations, key project deliverables, research and analysis and more. Ideally you will be confident and happy leading client presentations and meetings. The ideal individual will have a desire to work within a fast growing, success driven M&A advisory business. You will be a self-starter, enjoy working to deadlines, the ability to work on your own and have an entrepreneurial drive to your career. You will have experience working in the M&A environment and either working within a Corporate Finance boutique, private equity or VC house, accountancy practice or transactional environment.
