Job Description: As Group Account Director you will be responsible for keeping great client relationships and the overall smooth running and growth of those relationships. You will be working with mostly FMCG brands and will work on new business and pitches for new clients. You will be responsible for managing up to 4 people in the client services team including delegating day-to-day tasks, you will report directly to the MD. What We're Looking For: As the ideal candidate, you will need to have been in a similar role and have a proven track record within a within an agency and ideally FMCG or retail clients. You must have a great understanding of the digital and social industry and have the ability to plan and manage projects. It is important that this person is a natural manager and can communicate well with people and make important decisions. It is also important to be a strong planner to ensure that your work is done to agreed timescales. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the Client Services Director for one of Leeds' most tech savvy Research Agency. This agency is going from strength to strength and are now looking for to grow the business further with this new addition. You'll be working with leading brands in fantastic surroundings alongside a great bunch! Job Description: This CSD role has been created by the directors of the business to join the senior leadership team in the agency. The position reports directly into a company director and will manage the day to day work of the Account Management Team. The accountability will be given to this person to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the client handling and reporting across all accounts. A key element of the role will be to implement a new strategy and structure for the management of key clients in order to improve and maximise the relationships. Through regular reporting to directors you will highlight performance of the accounts against agreed KPIs. You will also play a key part in identifying new opportunities to grow the business and to assist clients in exploring new areas for revenue growth. What We're Looking For: It might seem like a given, but a background as a CSD within a marketing/media/digital agency is crucial. If you haven't held either a CSD role within an agency or a senior research role specifically in an insight agency then unfortunately this one won't be for you. Proven successful experience of working with clients at a senior level and managing these relationships to have profitably grown these accounts. You must have the ability to focus on achieving results, keeping calm under pressure and continually looking to make improvements across multiple accounts and projects.
