As a Regional Director, you will be required to travel as this is a field-based role. £40,000 basic salary, OTE £60,000. What you will do: · Provide effective leadership to our business partners · Focus on the day to day running of the region · Support and develop Local Lettings Experts in all areas of their business · Assist with induction training · Mentor our academy partners through the beginning of their property careers · Constantly act with a determination and enthusiasm to deliver the very highest customer service · Utilise management and business information to best advise and guide Local experts What do we look for in a Regional Director: · Someone who genuinely loves their customers and enjoys supporting them. We focus on people, not just property · A strong desire to be successful · Sound knowledge of the property market · Overwhelming passion and enthusiasm · Strong valuation experience at either Regional or Area Director Level · Great communication skills, both verbal and written · ARLA qualification preferred

The role: You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing the customer journey by providing knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service. What do you have to do to be a successful Head of Contact Centre? Possess strong leadership skills, team working ethics and a result driven, hands on mind set Be able to analyse data - including call monitoring to improve communication quality; recording statistic, user rates and the performance levels of the Contact Centre and preparing reports for the board Understanding the latest Contact Centre technology Supporting Team Managers/ Leaders and their teams through coaching and guidance Ability to create forecast models / plans Create and lead the UK contact strategy Promote our culture of working tirelessly and relentlessly with love in our hearts for our customers and each other Actively promote transparency, teamwork honesty and excellent customer service A sound knowledge of basic HR processes and people management at large scale Lead, inspire and coordinate the Contact Centre Management team at all levels to create motivated and engaged colleagues Ability to influence key stakeholders and build meaningful relationships Oversee and monitor the Contact Centre activity (call monitoring, abandonment rate, call quality, sales and customer satisfaction) Drive the growth of sales, exceeding departmental targets to continue our journey of success Here's what we will give you: The role is a permanent, full time position with a salary of £45 - 60K per annum.
