Managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public. Based equally in Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City. The Company New build housing division of one of the leading housing care providers in the UK. The Role To oversee all land development pricedures and queries from a technical perspective as well as provide new relationships in the construction and building sector with new vlients. Splitting your time between Milton Keynes and Welwyn Garden City you will provide leadership and drive new business in both areas, construction and residential developments. This is both a client facing and management facing position.
