Our client a bespoke turnkey contractor are currently looking for a Project Manager to be based in the heart of the west-end. My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a extremely bespoke high end retail fit with future projects within the high end residential sector also. There is a career path paved your way to take up a Director position. Role Summary: They have a current project for a iconic site in Westend London Co-ordination of design and sub-contractor pricing. Preparation of detailed cost plans / budget guidance for client presentation and review. Full commercial aspects of projects. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at minimum. The Project Manager role entails managing my clients Interior fit out projects from initial client meeting through the handover. Axe construction are working on behalf of a large rail and civil contractor who is currently in the market for a Project Manager / Project Engineer to join their growing infrastructure division. You will be Site based over central London working alongside our senior management team, client and key stakeholders. You will ideally be experienced to Project Engineer level and be commercially aware with a view of progressing up to Project Manager position. Experienced in rail infrastructure projects are preferred. Responsibilities: Technically minded for efficient problem solving. Form and maintain working relationship with Clients, and subcontractors onsite. Manage and monitor performance of both design team and construction teams onsite to feed back to Project Director.
