Job Title - Electrical Project Manager Package - £60k + package per year Location - Orpington The Company: Our client are a well established Sub Contractor who specialise in Commercial Installations, they are based in Orpington with projects in Central London. Our client are the chosen partner for many leading UK companies. They support large commercial premises usually outside normal working hours, enabling them to operate at peak efficiency and to remain compliant with current regulations. Our client are actively looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their strong production team to work on their Commercial projects in Central London. Job Title - Electrical Operations Director - EQUITY IN THE BUSINESS Package - £70k-£100k Plus Package plus EQUITY Location - Orpington A unique opportunity has arisen for an Operation Director to join a well-established Sub Contractor who specialise in Commercial Installations, they are based in Orpington with projects in Central London. Our client are the chosen partner for many leading UK companies. Due to continued growth, my client are now looking for an Operations Director to oversee the day to day running of the business. The owner of the business is willing to discuss certain targets which will result in having equity in the business. Job Title - Project Manager Package - £50k - £65k + Package Location - Watford The Company: Our client are a well established Main Contractor who were founded over 30 years ago. They are involved in some of the most prestigious Residential and Commercial projects in Watford and North London. Our client are actively looking for a Project Manager to join their strong production team to work on their Residential and Commercial projects in Watford. The Role: Reporting into a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; The role will require you to ensure the successful delivery of a variety of planned works on budget, on time and, in a safe manner and fully in accordance with company policy and procedures. Managing contractors and direct operatives, ensuring planned works are completed on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public. You will work closely with our supply chain to ensure delivery, prepare work programmes, weekly reporting, hold regular meetings with supply chain and client, and providing high quality technical expertise on electrical works. Other key priorities will include supporting, managing and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
