The role holder will ensure that there is a strong partnership between us and the clients and that they receive excellent service and support that ensures retention and maximises opportunities to grow the value in the relationship. The role holder will have a new business target to achieve from a combination of new and existing clients KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop New Client Relationships Identify new opportunities to sell our Financial Services Software product range to our target market, existing customers and internal companies o Shape propositions that meet potential clients needs whilst providing value to us Client Retention Build strong and lasting relationships with existing clients and the life insurers to ensure retention. Conduct regular meetings with the clients both face to face and via telephone Construct client contracts and manage renewals and amendments of the same Ensure that the client's interests are (where possible) incorporated into our development plans. Raise client issues with internal areas and manage through to resolution. This will involve working closely with internal departments and 3rd parties. 'Own' all aspects of the relationship including negotiating fees and timescales for new opportunities Sell additional products and services to existing clients The role holder will be responsible for delivering new sales in line with a target From account meetings and calls, identify sales opportunities for all our Financial Services Software products and see through to completion. Keep clients advised of new developments and services and where relevant adapt these in line with customer feedback Get clients buy in to new developments and commitment to support Provide support to project teams for developments and act as 'the face of Financial Services Software for your clients' Other Identify gaps in current propositions and (where opportunities exist) build support and business cases for new services Keep accurate records of all client communications on our CRM system. Develop and maintain Account Plans, Influence Plans & Close Plans Provide regular input on all account activity, including status and meeting/call reports on a weekly basis. Produce professional client facing documentation. Strive to improve customer satisfaction and feedback. To identify areas for continuous improvement. Any other duties as required
