It's an integral position managing a large multidisciplinary team delivering a variety of analytical projects to a variety of clients (both UK based and global). Sectors include Retail, Technology and Telecommunications. Due to significant new business wins, the agency have propelled themselves to the forefront of CRM and loyalty marketing, data science and customer insight analytics, offering the opportunity to work amongst some of the industry's leading data marketers. In this pivotal role you will work strategically to develop the analytical capabilities and in turn offering for this Top 5 marketing agency, taking responsibility for delivering end-to-end analytical projects, developing roadmaps for clients and defining analytical products and solutions. You will also lead a team, developing their skills and ensuring they have support to deliver to client briefs. This role will be responsible for managing three complex websites and be responsible for their continued development & evolution. They are looking for a consumer-focused website manager who is looking for a challenging role to join the team and be the lead go person for all things web. This role will focus on the strategic delivery of three complex websites. This role will cover everything from website development right through to UX and CRO. As the company's web lead you will work closely with the CMO to shape, deliver and maintain their digital real estate.
