To challenge the creativity and inspire junior members of the team and the wider business Expanding global agency with over 20 + offices but maintains a small and friendly agency environment within the PR team, where you can influence and share ideas across the wider business Some of your day to day responsibilities will include; Working to lead your team through the consistent delivery of projects across global accounts, whilst ensuring client objectives are met and within agreed budgets and timescales. Playing a leadership role across your allocated accounts and mentoring /developing your own direct reports to help achieve your personal development/career goals. To grow and maintain strong relationships with your clients and proactively go above and beyond to deepen these. Acting as a trusted partner/consultant; an extension to the client's internal teams. Proactively creating new/innovative ideas/proposals that deliver on and support the client's objectives. Essential Skills Required: Several years Agency/Industry experience - specifically healthcare PR/MedComms Good financial understanding and experience in monitoring / forecasting budgets Excellent ability to mentor and manage a team. An enthusiastic individual who is a natural leader and role model for junior members of the business.
