The role The research and Insight division within this organisation is very highly respected both with internal stakeholders and external clients, offering insight as stand alone projects to external clients or supporting other functions within the business. The work is strategic communications focused so using a number of different research techniques bespoke to the clients needs. Helping them understand their target audience (be it internal or external to the business) and advising them on their communications strategy. Clients are huge brands across all sectors from Retail and FMCG to Public Sector and Charities. You will be joining a team of 5 Senior Account Directors and working autonomously on mixed method projects. You will be working in a consultative manor with your clients from concept to completion, conducting research in-house as well as commissioning agencies or panel providers. This role is as autonomous as it is entrepreneurial, understanding you client and working closely with them to offer bespoke solutions and recommendations. The person You will currently be working as an Associate or Research Director at a research agency who is looking for a more senior strategic role in a creative environment. - Excellent communication and client facing skills - Communication, corporate reputation research experience would be ideal - Minimum of 6 years qaulittaive research expeirence - Associate Director level or above - Market Research Agency or Client side background considered - Creative and confident - Experience developing new and existing business beneficial - A senior researcher with a hands on approach and gravitas This role is unique and offering a position that bridges the gap between MR agency and client side.
