Project Manager required for our client, a specialist Heating Contractor and Service Provider who work throughout London and the South East. The Company currently have a turnover of approximately £25M with their employee base exceeding 200. They are looking to appoint an experienced Heating Project Manager who will ideally be based in London or the Southern Home Counties to allow for easy access to the head office and travel to sites. Mechanical Project Manager will be able to take a project from cradle to grave from the initial site visit and quotation through design, installation and handover. The successful candidate will manage 5-6 small to medium projects at any given time, which range in value from £500,000 - £3 million as well as various onsite and in office duties. The Gas Project Manager will have a proven background within commercial gas and commercial heating systems and possess strong technical understanding. Full UK Driving License Required. We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a forward thinking and fast-growing Construction company based in East Sussex, with various offices throughout the South of the country. With plans to increase operations to in excess of £60m within the next few years, a Project Manager is required in order to facilitate the required increase in workload. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the designated project, have a strong understanding regarding the timing of each project stage and ensuring H&S is adhered to ensuring the project is completed within budget. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, risk management, information management, quality control and project progress meetings. It is envisaged that the successful Project Manager will have at least 8 years of experience, preferably within Housing, Education, Healthcare & Commercial sectors. Experience of working on projects up to a value of around 15m will be important in order to facilitate successful delivery of the role. All relevant site certifications should be valid in order to really hit the ground running. Project Manager - Fire - Required for my client who operate within the rail sector. The company are looking to hire a Fire Project Manager to work from their office in Woolwich. The Project Manager will be working for a company that work in the Rail sector offering Mechanical and Electrical facilities from the design stage through to installation and commissioning. The Ideal Project Manager will have previous experience of working on Electrical Installation projects as well as Fire. If the Project Manager has experience within the Rail sector would be highly advantageous. The Project Manager will have BAFE Fire design accreditation and be in charge of maintaining the accreditation at company. Senior Maintenance Manager / Chief Engineer required for a luxury hotel based in the West End, Central London. The Senior Maintenance Manager / Senior Facilities Manager / Chief Engineer will have overall control and responsibility for the delivery of planned and reactive service and maintenance of all services with the hotel, this will include mechanical, electrical and fabric building repairs. The primary duty is to ensure the smooth daily running of the hotel by proactively managing Maintenance Engineers and approved Sub Contractors to ensure that ongoing maintenance programmes for the hotel across the entire spectrum of assets i.e. Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, Water Treatment, Lighting, Power, Kitchen Equipment, Generators, Switch Rooms, Lifts etc are being completed. Proven experience with man management, managing budgets and attending maintenance meeting reviews is essential as well as working in a high end luxury environment with an appreciation for the commercial and customer services personable skills required. The Senior Maintenance Manager / Senior Facilities Manager will have operational contract control for the delivery of planned, reactive and allied projects relating to the maintenance and facilities contract, this is mainly MEP services. To ensure safe guarding of the contract and customer satisfaction you will need to implement and review procedures to successfully deliver short, medium and long term contract milestones. It is expected that the Senior Maintenance Manager / Senior Facilities Manager will have a practical maintenance or FM background coupled with a high level of commercial acumen. This role would suit a Chief Engineer, Senior Maintenance Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, Maintenance Director or FM Director. Senior Maintenance Manager / Senior Facilities Manager Position Requirements Proven experience in FM and maintenance environment dealing with MEP in a hard service contract. Technical competence of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. IT literate and able to record works on the CRM system.
