We are currently working with an architectural practice based near Mayfair who have got a wealth of experience working within the residential, retail, conservation and commercial sectors. Our client has framework agreements with some large clients and are involved in all aspects of the design process. The practice currently has 20+ live projects which are being managed my one active director and a team of architects. This increase in workload has led to them requiring another director to come on board and assist in leading the team through some of these exciting and varied projects. This director will need to have an architectural background and ideally have experience in generating business and managing projects from the front end. This company have a major retail park and large apartments in the pipeline so the confidence to deliver these will be required immediately when stepping into the role. Our client prides themselves on delivering well beyond their client's expectations and understand that each project is as unique as their client. Our client is a huge practice who work on some of the UK's most exciting Heritage and Conservation projects. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who shows a keen interest into these areas. The projects range in value's but I know our client are primarily involved in the restoration of these excellent buildings. This opportunity requires a Senior Construction Manager / Project Director to take responsibility for managing all site-based activities and ensuring that all the developments are delivered within budget. The Senior Construction Manager / Project Director will be coordinating site works and managing subcontractors which will result in a successful project completion. The reason behind the position for the Senior Construction Manager / Project Director is due to new projects upcoming and needing someone at a senior level to support this. The most suitable candidate for this role will have experience of high rise, mixed use development with a hands on approach. Commercial Director / General Manager required for our client based in the North Kent area, they are a well known, reputable HVAC Contractor who offer service and installation contracts to commercial and industrial clients. They are currently looking to expand on their Air Conditioning Division by acquiring a new Air Conditioning Director / Commercial Director with a strong knowledge and background within the industry. The Divisional Director / General Manager will be responsible for the entire commercial department, managing projects managers, contract managers, engineers, office staff and the sales team. It will be the General Managers responsibility to ensure division KPI's are met and exceeded, expand and develop the current client portfolio, P&L, implement long term growth strategies and assist in the recruitment of new staff.
