The ideal person will be/have: - Previous experience in a similar senior level position within an engineering business - Deep technical skills in pricing analytics, price improvement techniques, market, segment, customer and competitor analysis and ability to present concisely to senior audiences and Board level - Significant exposure to customer journey mapping and Net Promoter Score techniques and evidence of NPS improvement - Broad based technical and business knowledge - Proven record of success in operational marketing with strong understanding and exposure to operations, engineering, distribution and supply chain. - Experience in a metrics focused environment including weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis. - Experience of working in matrix, multi national organisation with challenging time schedules - At ease with technology and engineering environments. - Evidence of understanding and solving customer problems.
