Please see below for a job spec as to what we're looking for: Facilitate business definition of requirements across multiple project stakeholders. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development. Interviewing subject matter experts to document current and future business processes whilst continually looking for process improvements. Involvement in the full digital project lifecycle from concept through to delivery. Work closely with business analysis teammates and subject matter experts to identify and establish requirements for custom digital music distribution applications. Participate in daily development team standups, give updates on any commitments and provide answers to Developer or QA questions. Build positive relationships with business clients in a multi-stakeholder global project structure through efficient and effective communication. Ensure that software meets project objectives and customer expectations. Continually expand knowledge of business processes and company IT systems. Support business units with training after new functionality released to Production. Create or update application user guides in line with new requirements. Follow established documentation and project execution procedures. Meet regularly with management and end users to identify ways to better deploy existing technology, or to modify processes to more effectively leverage the technology. Support Project Manager/Product Owner in identifying project risks and impacts. Ensure that user requests are continuously tracked as a means of identifying common problems that may require a global solution. Self-manage to meet project goals and deliverables. Role Responsibilities: Skills/Abilities: Proven experience of software development methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall. Expert writing skills of requirements and technical documentation. Strong analytical and product management skills. Business process modelling. SQL Query Analyzer. Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook. Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business Analysis role. Music Industry experience desirable. Project or product management experience. Deep understanding and experience specifically in music metadata, repertoire management and music distribution systems. This is an urgent requirement however where this is a critical project we can wait for notice periods of up to 4 weeks for the right candidate.
