Currently seeking a commercially focussed Supply Chain Business Partner focusing on Production, Operations and Inventory to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Monthly budgets and forecasts with a focus particularly on the manufacturing variances Inventory analysis and valuation of the stocktakes within the plant. Review production yield wastage and introduce improvements Labour efficiency and rate calculation and reporting Costing and labour productivity analysis breakdown. Responsible for factory performance reporting. Coordinate with internal and external auditors Initiate process improvement controls and make suggestions for cost savings Profile: You will possess some commercial acumen working in a manufacturing or similar environment. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist in driving and improving the current systems. Group Financial Controller - 12 Month FTC - Marketing - £70-80,000 Our Client, a leading Marketing agency within a global network is looking to recruit a Maternity Cover Group FC to join their UK Finance function in Central London The Role This role reports into the Group Finance Director and has a dotted line into the COO. You will be responsible for management of the Group P&L and balance sheet including the recharge mechanism to the group. You will be the key leader on compliance and external statutory reporting for the UK Group. You are responsible for two members of the team and have a close working relationship your partner Group Financial Controller and with the finance teams within the group. You will be the budget holder for some of the group costs and you will hold the key relationship with some group suppliers. Commercial Finance Manager - 12 Month FTC - Media - £55-60,000 *Immediately Available/Short Notice Period We are recruiting for a key client of ours within one of the largest global Media networks. They are looking for a 12 month FTC for Commercial Finance Manager The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Director in delivering timely and accurate management information to the business through analysis of business unit performance to support decision making. The role will also work proactively with the Finance Director and the business to identify improvement opportunities specifically in the revenue side of the budgeting and forecasting process. Key Accountabilities: The role will be split 50/50 between working for one of the specialist agencies and across the creative brands within the network Develop, improve, streamline & actively deliver value adding management information and insights to the business to enable achievement of revenue and profit targets Collaborate with individuals/teams within the Agency & Finance functions to identify, evaluate & optimise business, commercial & financial opportunities; mitigate against risks; develop solutions & recommendations and support delivery Identify opportunities for profit & process improvement and collaboratively drive successful implementation Liaison with management accounting teams to ensure revenue reported correctly, accrued and deferred income is posted accurately and variances understood and reported Prepare accurate, robust and timely forecasts, budgets, and any other analysis to support the monthly and annual planning cycles Supporting the business and commercial leads on all new client proposals.
