HEAD OF IT DELIVERY - CENTRAL LEEDS - £100-£110,000 + CAR + Bonus + Benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to Lead a high performing team of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters Testers and Developers in a Dynamic and High Paced Environment. Situated in Central Leeds this first class opportunity is ideal for an individual who has the capability, not only to drive delivery, but to work at a Strategic Level. You will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and one of your primary objectives will be to win the support of Senior Stakeholders inside and outside the business from the PMO through to Third Party Suppliers and up to the IT Director and SMT. In summary you will be asked to account for: Leading high performing teams Working collaboratively with all members of the IT SLT As a senior expert and ambassador for IT, engaging with the business unit MDs and Group Directors and senior teams. Ensure that regulatory processes and company policies and procedures are adhered to. Be a champion for strong and rapid delivery of value using both agile and waterfall methods Work with the IT Director to shape robust strategic and tactical plans and be accountable for the effective delivery of all IT projects and workstreams commissioned that underpin the technology and business roadmaps. They require a Head of Enterprise Architecture to set the technology vision and strategic direction for the organisation. Architecture is underpinning the organisation's digital transformation as they look to replatform most of their services and migrate towards the cloud, with microservices and integration work being significant. The Head of Enterprise Architecture will implement a comprehensive reference framework and governance programme to allow the organisation to achieve it's strategic goals.
