A private-equity backed global manufacturing business has a great opportunity for an ambitious Group Finance Manager to join the company. Based in London, this established business is a key supplier to blue-chip corporations, especially in the USA & mainland Europe. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, duties include: Month end close and reporting Month end co-ordination & consolidation up to Board preparation stage (including Board pack analytics & Business Unit reporting) Accounting for all Top-structure and central entities, as well as engineering business unit (includes central payrolls, month end transaction recording and managing payments during the month) Consolidation of group numbers, through the Group's EPM tool Covenant compliance reporting FP&A activities - specifically the consolidation of budget returns on the Group EPM tool and assisting with the top structure budget completion Assist the external advisors in completing the support for the quarterly US tax returns Management of corporate bank charge cards Computing the Group recharges to business units and issuing invoices Assist Group CFO and Group Financial Controller with audit deliverables Treasury - Weekly Cash Flow, Bank Account admin (US/UK entities), Cash balance reporting Systems & Admin Administration of the group's EPM reporting tool, group expense management tool Administration of Banking relationships and Corporate card programmes External regulatory, customer and investor reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis Candidate profile: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Circa 1-3 years post-qualified, in progressive career path Gravitas to interact with senior management across business units Highly organised, able to self-manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines IT literate with good systems skills Preferred experience- manufacturing industry, software Implementation If you choose to email us in response to this advert please keep the data you send us to a minimum, i.e. your CV (in Word), your email address and your contact number.
