My client is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for their North Kent based site. Part of a larger group, with a pan European marketplace, this role holds plenty of local autonomy and will work closely with various senior leaders across the business. Managing a finance team of three, this role centres on the timely production of monthly management accounts, with full variance analysis and commentary. You'll be responsible for the P&L, accruals and pre-payments as well as a range of weekly KPI reporting. Working with the team, you'll review and authorise weekly payment runs, ensure that systems and procedures adhere to best practice and proactively suggest improvements to the teams working. Working with the commercial and sales teams, you'll also provide plenty of financial support and insight on new products and markets, helping put together budgets and support business plans. Managing a small team in the UK, this role will take responsibility for delivering management accounts and acting as a key contact between the UK and oversea subsidiaries.
