Global Account Director (SaaS SAP Technology Sales). Fast growing software company is seeking an experienced Global Account Director to join their talented team. The company is based in Cambridge however you will only be required to be in the office around twice a month allowing you to work remotely. As you will be working closely with a German based client you will be required to travel to Germany (around twice per month) which will increase to occasional worldwide travel as your role develops. As a Global Account Director you will be responsible for selling SaaS into SAP based in Germany. The company already have an existing relationship with the client, however your role will be to develop and grow this relationship further with the view of building this early stage account into a multi-million revenue stream. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has worked previously as an Account Manager and is now looking to take on a more challenging role within an Account Director position. Project Manager / Service Manager (ITIL Digital). An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a hugely successful software house that are behind the broadcasting of Formula 1. As the first Project Manager / Service Manager within the company, this will be an excellent chance for you to utilise your skills and previous experiences and eventually grow a dedicated team around you. As a Project Manager / Service Manager your main duties will cover service management, vendor management and internal relationship management. Some of your key responsibilities will involve; setting up service management capability with process and systems, managing and developing client relationships, overseeing all critical escalations and incident reporting, establishing and managing the relationship with all vendors, monitoring the performance levels for each supplier and identifying business improvement opportunities. Your role as Business Analyst will focus on enhancing and administrating a highly customised version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing additional functionality. You'll work closely with various internal business teams to understand their processes and requirements and manage features and projects end to end, including testing and training. You'll use SQL to provide and analyse data as required.
