This is an exceptional role working within a highly proficient digital banking project management team within a fast growing challenger bank. You will support and deliver digital payments projects from small maintenance changes to large scale, firm wide projects including new product launches. Duties include: - Delivery of complex change to scope, time and budget - Track and monitoring the progress of payments projects - Facilitate kick-off sessions, requirements gathering and steering meetings - Manage all projects and changes in adherence with the agreed project governance - Working with the Business Analyst and internal/external development teams to define and deliver pragmatic solutions which meet the business and customer needs - Matrix management of cross-functional teams - Complete weekly project status reporting for wider business review and prioritisation - Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date - Identify dependencies between projects You will have proven experience working in a project management role ideally within a digital / Agile delivery environment. You will be a natural collaborator, have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholder. We are currently recruiting for Fund Launch Project Manager to work for a top Investment Manager based in the City of London. The role will include but not be limited to: * Project planning and monitoring * Management of project risks and dependencies * Assisting business Operational workstream leaders to construct and monitor plans * Construct full businesses cases * Define project scopes and deliverables * Design and construct business operating models * Explore market infrastructures * Lead fee negotiations - where required * Lead Legal negotiations - where required Knowledge, skills and behaviours required: The ideal candidate is likely to have: * Proven track record as a lead Project manager role within financial services * Proven track record working as a lead Project Manager on wide variety of Fund Launches within multiple jurisdictions including but not limited to Ireland, UK, Luxembourg and the US. * Both in-house and with external service providers (e.g. NTT, STT etc). * Legal documents (MOA, Prospectus, Supplements etc) * Liaising with regional management companies. * Working with regulators such as FCA, BaFIN, CBI and CSSF * Demonstrate understanding of the impact on Outsourced Services such as Middle Office, fund accountancy, depositary/ custodians and transfer agency functions as well as downstream regulatory reporting impact such as KIIDs. * Management of external partners and suppliers including Legal Counsel. * Ability to create and define operating models * Exposure to a wide spectrum of financial products including ETD, OTC, FI, Equity and their associated market practice / processes Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
