We are currently recruiting for a Change Manager to work for a prestigious Investment Manager based in the City of London. This programme that the Change Manager will be joining is initiated to develop top-down target operating model's (TOM) for both a 2019 and 2022 state. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the embedding of changes within the Risk, Compliance and Legal departments. This role will also formulate training and adoption programmes. The role will include but not be limited to: * Ensuring the adoption and embedding of new technology, processes and organisational structures * Ensuring the creation and definition of appropriate training plans * Ensuring the creation and definition of appropriate adoption and implementation plans * Management of transitions ensuring business as usual is maintained during transition * Working with the programme manager and Project Manager to ensure the work of the programme covers the required aspects to deliver the technology, processes and services that will lead to the operational benefits * Working to identify new opportunities and projects that will contribute to realising benefits and achieving outcomes. * Identifying, refining and tracking benefits and outcomes from the programme. * Ensure affected business areas are prepared for new ways of working. * Optimise the timing of the release of project deliverables into business operations. The ideal candidate is likely to have: * Previous experience of performing significant change management roles * Previous experience of developing training and communications plans * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) * Familiar with the Microsoft 365 tool set (desirable) * Experience of Portfolio Management tools (preferably Planview) (desirable) Knowledge of Risk, Regulation, Compliance and Governance (desirable) Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
