My client are an SME luxury residential contractor based in west London, due to ongoing company expansion they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (ideally with industry related contacts) to join their expanding team on a permanent basis With a starting salary up to £65000 + Bonus/Commission you will be a passionate, persuasive and hard working individual who will be tasked with developing business with developers, home owners, land owners, commercial and private clients Projects range from £1-10 million and are in the mid to high end residential market Day to day duties: * Identify sales leads * Communicate and interact with new potential clients * Gather construction data of upcoming projects * Follow up with clients at tender stage * Help produce Tenders Ideal candidate: * Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels with clients * Dynamic and result oriented personality * Existing network with architects, developers and contractors * Excellent knowledge of the construction market * Proven track record and good reputation * Strong analytical skills * Ability to think and plan both tactically and strategically * Building sustainable relationships: Ability to quickly secure the confidence and trust of others This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction industry BD professional to take the next step in their career

My client, one of the Souths leading bespoke Contractors are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Project Manager to join their Southampton based team As a Project Manager, you will lead the project team to ensure the client objectives are met by leading the project team. The development of key working relationships with my clients staff and consultants Working in close partnership with local supply chain partners and using local expertise and knowledge Contributing to long-term customer partnerships ensuring repeat business Ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to agreed quality ensuring procedures are followed / maintained and that authorization parameters are not exceeded thus ensuring compliance with our group procedures Key deliverables Lead and deliver programme on time, within budget to specified quality standards and client requirements Ensure the effective induction, co-ordination and monitoring all team and sub-contractor activities Ensure the health & safety of all staff, sub-contractors, visitors and the public. Manage and lead the programme in line with contract, health & safety procedures, Midas procedures, design and client requirements Ensure the production and maintenance of project records in line with Midas procedures Ensure quality checks for all activities Manage client expectations and report against customer specific measures Maximise profit and cash through effective leadership and management of change, risk and opportunity, effective procurement strategy and effective supply chain selection and management.
