This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-channel Digital Account Director to join a leading digital marketing agency on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a client-facing role and involves working across several high-profile accounts. The Digital Account Director will have responsibility for owning client relationships and maximising their profitability. Responsibilities: Manage the relationship between the agency and clients with a revenue of £500k Develop a proactive plan for the business growth of your clients, ensuring a 20% growth year on year Develop an annual strategy plan for your client for the delivery of any contracted services and ensure that it meets the key business needs of your clients. We are looking for a passionate digital marketing leader to join an independent digital performance agency as their Head of Paid Search. This is a contract position initially and will cover a 12 month period. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Paid Media and the Head of Data to champion marketing excellence with a Paid Search focus. The Head of Paid Search will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellence in Paid Search, defining and delivering a clear vision and strategy for the development of this skill across the agency. Key Objectives Include: Develop and lead a plan for year on year business growth in PPC Develop robust, industry leading Paid Search strategy and partnerships for clients, delivering recommendations which exceed performance expectations Supporting clients in the implementation of paid search recommendations Defining, measuring and achieving success across PPC campaigns Proactively create new Paid Search business opportunities through conference presentations, event networking and cultivating engaging social presence Work with Account Directors to set paid search strategies for key clients and shape PPC solutions Act as an internal Paid Search consultant for significant projects Act as thought leader for PPC development, strategy and best practice implementation Lead and develop paid search strategy, process and techniques and develop best practice documentation Manage relationships with key external stakeholders in the paid search field including leading search engines, bid management platforms, and tool providers Act as a skills mentor to the PPC specialists and the wider agency, advising them on how to develop approaches to innovate and deal with challenges Skills and Experience required: Extensive experience in PPC search with strong commercial knowledge Proven experience of leading PPC campaigns for a range of clients Excellent at presentation creation and presenting to clients.
