In order to do this successfully, they are looking for a senior healthcare director who knows both the German and Mainland European markets in an out. In addition to having strong pharmaceutical market research experience from an agency, you'll have a fruitful track record of: (1) winning new business, (2) developing global accounts, (3) leading and growing teams. This being a new office, the job comes with the extra responsibility of setting everything up, with the short term objective to bring in new business, the medium term objective to recruit RMs, SREs and REs and the long term objective to transform the German hub intro a successful business unit.
