As Programme Director you will receive direct reports from 6 Programme Managers, each of whom has a team of Project Managers and/or Delivery Managers beneath them. Overall you will be matrix managing a team of approximately 40 individuals. You must have previous experience of overseeing teams of this size. You will be responsible for the financial forecasting and budget management of approximately £15m and you will run the PMO. You must have previous experience of managing budgets of this value and the PMO as the Programme Director in your current/last role.
