An opportunity has arisen, working on behalf of one of the most recognisable names in the world of retail. The role will see you responsible for the performance of the trading team, driving sales and performance across all channels and ensuring that customer experience is at the heart of everything that you do. You will have regular stakeholder liaison and ensure that your team works collaboratively at all times. Key duties of the role include: Ensuring that targets are met within the team for each set category aligned to business objectives Producing and delivering engaging online product experience and ensuring that user journey is optimised at all times Always staying ahead of market trends, consumer behaviours and having a thorough understanding of your target customer base and market Executing category plans via online merchandising, rich content and cross channel digital marketing campaigns Monitoring and analysing the performance of results and putting together reports Making sure that on-site search is constantly evolving and that customers are consistently having a positive online experience Maintaining a full understanding of the pricing strategy and architecture Staying on top of all new products and new product development, along with promotional and marketing plans In order to be a success in this role, you will need to possess experience in a similar role, possess extensive experience in working with a network of key stakeholders and working with complex data sets and projects. You will be a people focussed manager with great influencing and communication skills, not to mention enthusiasm and passion for what you do.
