Programme Manager with a car allowance of £6,900 plus a basic salary of up to £60k and a 1pm finish on Friday's at a global brand in the automotive industry. The company is a global leader in providing vehicle interiors to a range of automotive companies from entry level to luxury. 22,000 people are employed across 60 locations in 19 countries, require a Programme Manager to join the team in the Birmingham area. As the Programme Manager you will be responsible for: Leading the Programme Development Team (PDT) through the programme introduction life-cycle as per GDLS/ (Plex) Adherence to programme management practices and deliverables relating to GDLS / Plex and other interrelated system & processes Defining, maintaining and adapting programme timing for all areas to meet the key milestone objectives Ensuring all aspects of the programme are maintained and developed to meet the minimum quality objective requirements of the programme Scheduling and conducting regular PDT cross-functional meetings to ensure a sufficiently detailed level of communication is maintained The ideal Programme Manager will have: Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive industry Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer and within the company A bachelor's degree in Programme Management, and /or Engineering and/or Business Administration or equivalent job-related experience. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a rapidly expanding company based in the North of Warwickshire. We are currently looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager who will be instrumental in providing strong leadership to an existing finance team, as well as take full responsibility for all Group reporting. This role would suit a professional individual with exceptional communication skills and a driven, hands-on approach to leading a team.
