**Head of Merchandising (6 Month FTC) - South East England** Our client is looking for an experienced, commercial and driven individual to come in and manage & deliver the strategic growth of this fantastic brand for an initial 6 month period - there is a chance this will be made permanent. You will do this through optimisation and effective business planning, trading direction and stock management. Key Responsibilities/ Results areas of this Head of Merchandising (6 Month FTC) role: To oversee the control of all stock, supply chain, availability, forecasting and budgets Managing & leading a retail merchandising team To contribute and delivering the planned strategy regarding maximising sales and profit opportunities whilst achieving stock and service & margin contributions. Review weekly trading performance and achieved KPI's & identifying issues and solutions. Manage the 'Open to Buy' process ensuring that stock levels optimise sales by minimising overstocks and maximising stock on key lines.
