I am recruiting a Head of Technology for a leading professional membership body based in Central London. This is a brand-new position and will be the sole IT position within the organisation (80 staff). Our client has an external IT support company in place (who deal with all the systems, networks, etc.) and the successful incumbent will manage this key relationship, as well as managing their 3rdparty technology providers. The organisation is going through a period of change and this role will be responsible for ensuring that they have the right hardware, software and data capability in place so that the new strategy can be delivered. There will be a mixture of strategic and operational duties, including managing the day-to-day technology operations to guarantee a resilient IT framework, and identifying/implementing new processes and tools for delivery. With cyber security a greater risk in the modern world, the successful candidate will lead and deliver strategies to comply with cyber security regulations. Our client has also recently taken on a major CRM project (a move to Microsoft Dynamics), which is at its final stages. You will be required to support the final phase, working with the external delivery partner and project manager. Apply ASAP for this exciting new role and we will share full details with you!

I am recruiting a CRM Project Manager to join a renowned charity based in Central London. The position will be on an 18-month FTC initially but could be extended further in order to meet deadlines. Our client is looking to roll out a Microsoft Dynamics CRM to over 350 users, their largest ever IT project which began almost 3 years ago. They have completed phase 1 on schedule and are now looking for an experienced Project Manager with excellent leadership qualities to lead the project team, steering group and stakeholder group through phase 2 and 3. The charity has structured the project to be run on a matrix management model. The successful candidate will have 3 direct reports (all management level) but will receive support from other senior figures whilst leading in the engagement of mid-level departmental managers to influence staff fittingly. You will be required to have a senior level of project management expertise, especially when it comes to CRM implementation. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is highly desirable, and a vibrant leadership presence is critical. Experience of SDLC methods and lifecycle is also preferred. I am recruiting a Programme Director for a world-renowned not-for-profit institution in the creative arts space. The role will be on a part-time 18-month FTC basis, on average 3 days per week with a potential increase in the busier months. Our client is going through a major relocation project which is already well underway and in total will take over two years to complete. They are seeking an experienced project manager with fantastic leadership qualities to deliver on the project and manage both internal and external teams that have been devoted for the project. The relocation project will require a super fit out and further funding to be received. Experience within facilities or building moves is a desirable trait, however, the ability to lead on a dedicated programme and collaborate successfully with senior managers to ensure deadlines are met is the pivotal aspect to their search for the right candidate. The institution is flexible with start dates and which days you work. Apply and we will be in touch with more specific details ASAP!
