Agile Delivery Manager | Project Manager job duties: As Agile Delivery Manager you will lead delivery teams on a variety of exciting, cutting edge digital transformation projects. As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of software development for a software development team. You'll be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating agile teams, whilst being responsible for software delivery using agile methods. Your background in delivering multiple agile projects directly will ensure that you are capable of managing teams, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team. You'll have extensive interaction with customers, senior stakeholders, management and third party sub-contractors. Agile Delivery Manager | Project Manager pre-requisites: Project Management or project leadership experience is a must, where you've had financial control over budgets. Worked on Agile and non Agile projects As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will need to demonstrate experience as a scrum master or delivery manager in a client facing team, successfully implementing software development projects using agile methodologies, managing projects of medium size and complexity in a high-tech development environment with cross functional teams. You will have solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as good knowledge of agile project management principles, practices and experience overseeing multi-function project teams, including developers, testers and business analysts. ***This role has SC clearance as mandatory due to the nature of the work. THE BASICS: As Head of Software you will lead a team of highly skilled software and hardware engineers in the delivery of commercial projects and R&D, working across a variety of products and technologies. As a senior member of the engineering department you will lead development projects across multiple platforms to include: Linux, PIC, Digi, Rabbit and WinCE based technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully delivering projects and will be required to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery life-cycle, working closely with the department's managers and key project stakeholders as required. PMO Finance Manager | London | circa £55,000 THE BASICS: Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists continue to support one of its key clients, who are based in North London, as they look to identify a PMO Lead with a financial background. As the IT Finance PMO / PMO Finance Manager you will be responsible for the PMO Office, working with the PMO Manager, the Programme Managers and the Chief Information Officer to administer change programmes that ensure cost, quality, planning, and benefits realisation are controlled and achieved. This is an exciting time to be joining an organisation that is experiencing significant change and this role will suit someone with solid stakeholder, portfolio & financial management experience - willing to transform ways of working. The PMO Finance Manager will provide financial support to meet financial savings targets, identify savings schemes - ensuring the availability of accurate, timely financial information and analysis to support the transformation programme. In supporting project budgeting and forecasting, finance reconciliation, and the review of spend vs. actuals , this role will hand you collective responsibility for the successful delivery of IT services to the business with the scope to respond to changing priorities, and changes to the business needs in a dynamic environment. THE SKILLS: If you have experience supporting a transformation portfolio and delivering complex/multi workstream projects , with an understanding of financial control processes - experience of programme and project level financial management and of defining and delivering benefits realisation we'd like to hear from you ASAP.
