Head of Compliance & Legal Havant Negotiable Salary and great benefits Our client is an award-winning multi-site recruitment company spanning across Hampshire, Dorset and Germany. They seek a Head of Compliance and Legal to manage a team of 7. The team has a great knowledge base between them and so whilst over all management is essential, the team runs smoothly day to day. The role will involve overseeing the entire Legal and Compliance function, to include Projects. Our client's Compliance and Legal team is highly regarded across the recruitment business. You will prepare reports for the board, set budgets for the team, deal with procurement, continual review and amendments of policies, implementation and roll out new policies & procedures, together with work around commercial contract negotiations, contract writing and amendments. You will also be the first point of contact for any complaints. Suitable candidates will have the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be required to build relationships with all sales floor teams. You will be used to implementing and rolling out new practices and policies in a way that is friendly, yet effective. Naturally you will be highly organised with great management skills to get the very best out of your team. You will keep yourself up to date on any relevant changes in compliance and the law and will identify training needs for yourself and the team. You will ideally have experience working within the recruitment industry, however, should you have experience working for an umbrella company or another fast-paced commercial industry, then please do apply.
