Project Manager - Change Portfolio An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to work on delivery projects within an exciting change portfolio. Role of the Project Manager Working closely with Executive sponsors and business owners, you'll play a leading in planning a programme of change, monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate whilst providing leadership to the business and project teams, ensuring scope, direction and delivery are clearly communicated and understood. ·Developing and managing a resource planning approach in conjunction with other Programme Managers and the PMO, to maximise optimal use of resources ·Managing both dependencies and interfaces between projects ·Ensuring programme plans, project plans, milestone reporting, formalised risk and issue management processes are in place and being managed effectively ·Financial tracking and reporting of costs ·Benefit realisation processes are established and that benefits of the programme are accurately tracked and reported. ·Effective internal and external communications within each project and across the programme as a whole ·Accurate reporting of progress at regular intervals with escalation to senior team as necessary Requirements of the Project Manager You'll need proven experience in delivering multiple full life-cycle programmes within a change management environment. With demonstrable experience of; ·Using project management principles, methodologies and related tools ·Managing enterprise wide change programmes with multi-million budgets and large cross functional teams incorporating IT specialists, 3rd parties and business representatives ·Significant leadership experience, to include; facilitation, change management, people management, development and coaching skills ·Influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders ·Defining and delivering programme and project benefit realisation programmes

Good experience in working alongside both technical and business teams, including front, back office and finance teams, systems and processes. Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels, able to identify differing communication and influencing needs and to adapt accordingly. Business Analyst Overview: A City based (EC3) Fintech company with a revolutionary software product, set to change the Banking Industry, are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to work on an Open Banking and PSD2 Project. This is an initial 6 month contract or there is the possibility of a permanent position.
