This is a fantastic opportunity to join my client as a Programme Project Co-ordinator and to assist in managing and coordinating the three areas of the business - design, manufacturing and site operations. Key elements of the role include monitoring the production of detailed design and managing the delivery of projects, development of project specific programmes, information release, key design coordination schedules and manufacturing schedules. You will be liaising with various departments and coordinating all aspects of the Design Team including schedules, manufacturing, and construction on site. You will also ensure that site health and safety standards are adhered to and ensure that compliance with quality standards and processes through site visits and audits. You will be attending pre-start meetings and design team meetings as required. You'll be producing operation and programme coordination management information and reports for the directing board. Coordinating and liaising with clients (customers), main contractors and architects will be a key aspect of the role and you will need to have good commercial awareness with strong report writing skills. Ideally, you will be degree or HNC qualified and you should have experience of working in a similar project coordination or project management role within the construction industry ideally within a subcontractor or design-manufacture-install.
