A successful Entrepreneurial Insurance Business are seeking a Managing Director to take the reins of the company and continue to move it forwards and continue the success it already has. The company has spent the last few years embarking on strategic diversification programme where experience of direct marketing within the insurance sector becomes a must. Having that key understanding of costs of direct marketing ensuring that profitability is maintained whilst embarking on new ventures. The ideal candidate will display excellent entrepreneurial attributes and have little to no exposure to the corporate world. You will be highly motivated to operate this new "startup from within" movement the company is currently going through with excellent opportunities to achieve great success. Key Responsibilities: ·Assume responsibilities for the effective leadership and management ·Work closely with shareholders to understand business requirements ·Ability to Diversify revenue streams ·Establish an entrepreneurial culture within the business ·Effect any changes required within the business in order to implement business strategy ·Ensure overall business risk management including client contractual arrangements ·Remain abreast of regulatory changes which may impact on the nature of the companies business ·Manage the cash plan in the business ·Motivate, mentor and guide direct reports ·Contribute towards the overall growth an profitability The Managing Director will need to be naturally hungry and excited to step up but also be highly ambitious and keen to work hard with high energy levels. Head of Development required by successful and expanding E-commerce company based in Tunbridge Wells and are offering up to £70k. They are seeking a passionate Head of Development to build and nurture a development team. Delivering all software requirements from websites to apps. As Head of Development you will have managed a successful software team for the past 3 years. You have hands on experience and don't mind getting your hands dirty if needed. Business Analyst; SQL; Charing Cross; up to £65k + bonus Business Analyst, paying up to £65k is required by a global financial Company from their UK HQ near Charing Cross. The Company who have successfully established themselves within the top 100 companies within the US and have a global asset portfolio of over $5billion. Due to expansion, this is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to review its existing system landscape throughout Europe and wherever required implement new systems to meet business needs. As well as defining new requirements, experience of Data Analysis is also required to drive business process analysis and design.
