Digital Transformation Programme Manager is required for an initial 6 month FTC by a progressive charity with offices in Central London and Bristol who are offering up to £70k pro rata (alternatively £600/day will be offered as a day rate contract). Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer you can be based in either London or Bristol although will be required to spread your time between locations. The primary purpose of the role will be to deliver an end-to-end transformation of teams, suppliers/partners and technology platforms. As this will involve team re-structures, sourcing strategy, procurement and transition, as well as technology transformation, experience of operational leadership and/or enterprise architecture is desirable, in addition to extensive programme and project management experience. Key Responsibilities include: ·Lead the digital transformation from a programme management perspective. ·Act as the main contact for supplier programme management lead and internal project managers ·Accountable for the overall delivery of the programme within defined timescales ·Escalation point for all issues arising from programme activity ·Matrix manage the assigned project delivery resources/project managers ·Manage relationship with key programme and implementation team stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery ·Resource management and planning of internal ICT programme assigned staff ·Create, maintain and update a comprehensive programme project plan, including full RAID log ·Ensure full programme documentation is maintained ·Mapping of all project dependencies to ensure the successful delivery of the programme ·Extensive stakeholder engagement and negotiation ·Provide assurance to the Chief Digital Information Officer, Director of Integration and Head of Change Office on all aspects of programme delivery ·Provide regular programme updates to both the implementation team and internal management ·Schedule, co-ordinate and manage all cross project activity ·Transition projects into live service ·Manage all financial aspects relating to programme delivery, within approved budget Further Responsibilities include; ·To undertake any further training as identified in the Shaw Trust review procedures. ·Ensure that safe working practices are followed in respect of COSHH and other Risk Assessment control measures. ·Employees must comply with the provisions of 'The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974' and must take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts of omissions whilst at work.
