Business Analyst, BA, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Agile, Bespoke Web Application My client, an industry leading Professional Services client, is looking for a Business Analyst that will be responsible for ensuring the company has the best software application available to support the requirements of its growing global business, now and in the future You will part of the team delivering the bespoke CRM and Product database application to satisfy complex requirements, with, a multi-lingual, web application used throughout the global business. Your responsibilities will include: Investigating and understanding business processes, needs and problems Specifying in detail how the CRM is to be developed, obtaining sign off from stakeholders, others in the IT and software development team, whether internal or external Identifying ways to improve the value and effectiveness of the CRM, through process improvements and making systems easy to use Conducting stakeholder workshops and presentations and design walkthroughs\reviews with software developers Recording and analysing test results, resolving any issues found Professional experience and personal skills profile In order to be considered for the position, candidates should possess: A proven track record of business requirements capture and analysis for successful bespoke software development projects Application of appropriate modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards Ability to lead requirements workshops and specification reviews Excellent knowledge of Agile and SCRUM, preferably in a multi-team environment, working with in-house and nearshore outsource providers Ability to write clear and concise user stories which are understandable by both business and technical stakeholders Experience of working on highly interactive website application developments, which implement complex data requirements and business processes Comfortable with analysing data, financial information and basic mathematical concepts Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required Polished and professional with the ability to adapt communication style to people at all levels and draw out issues and requirements Ability to work with all members of a software project development team and stakeholders, in a professional and yet dynamic and creative environment, fostering an open, friendly and constructive working relationship with all members of the team Ability to travel to meet stakeholders and visit our nearshore outsource partners in Poland and Moldova, requiring some overnight stays - envisaged to be no more than 2 days per month on average If you are looking to work on a ground-breaking, business critical CRM, driving the improvement and development of the system, then please get in touch ASAP with your CV. Finance Director Boston Hale are collaborating with an entrepreneurial real estate and interior design consultancy in their search for a Finance Director to head up and oversee their finance function. They require an experienced individual who can take control of the financial aspects of all matters including the internal running of the business. The role encompasses management accounting, statutory accounting, commercial project accounting, budgeting/forecasting and other ad-hoc administration responsibilities. Daily Responsibilities: Delivering monthly reporting and year-end statutory accounts Budgeting and forecasting and overseeing payroll Liaising with lawyers and other external stakeholders Preparing client and investor reporting and cost report analysis Developing appraisals and cash flows and securing funding Preparing annual budgets and rental income analysis Package: Basic Salary = circa £110,000, dependent on experience Annual discretionary bonus based on company performance Workplace pension scheme and company healthcare policy This role is perfect for a senior finance professional looking for the next step.
