VP of Marketing An opportunity has opened up for a VP of Marketing at a fast-growing startup software company within the SaaS space that has created and continues to develop a leading intelligence platform which enables businesses to engage with customers on a large scale through the use of proprietary technology working alongside leading CRM systems. This opportunity allows an experienced marketer the chance to build and lead the in-house marketing provision, by acquiring and training a team of talented people who are looking for a relaxed, fun but professional working environment. The whole team is aligned in their mission to push their product to new places. About the role As VP of Marketing you will be supporting the business by maintaining a Marketing strategy that ensure our client's business stands out. You will do this by delivering continued, creative and engaging digital marketing campaigns in line with business requirements. A key responsibility will be to develop and refine the marketing plan, alongside a talented marketing team that you will build and recruit. About you The ideal VP of Marketing will have the following qualities: An innate desire to push boundaries and get stuck in. Ability (and willingness) to understand and maximise the potential of all marketing channels available. Not a clock watcher - it's a startup and they aren't afraid of putting in the work, to get the best results. You'll come from a SaaS, Software, CRM, Tech or similar related working background, Strategy planner and executor. Proven track record in analysing results and utilising them to good effect. Down to earth, positive, craver of being in the marketing world 'know'. Interested in Tech and Web. Experience/Skills Required Strong academic background (Min. BA/Bsc graduate). Min 5 years Marketing experience within a software product or similar. Ability to understand technical applications and protocols. Line or team management. Salesforce experienced. Marketing all-rounder; Copy & Content, SEO, Social Media, Paid Search (PPC) and Events.
