We have been engaged by a Real Estate Group located in Central London, they have an established UK office who manage a number of investment funds specialising in real estate investment, and they manage the assets in house. They have a great opportunity for a 2nd/3rd mover from practice to come on board within a senior finance position. You will be; - A strong technical accountant with an audit background - Have experience of preparing management accounts - Have worked within the real estate sector - Prepare the statutory accounts under UK GAAP (FRS 102) - Review corporation and income tax, and ensure control of tax compliance including payments to relevant authorities - Ensure robust controls and procedures within the finance function - Prepare investor reporting as per company requirements You will be rewarded with the following - A cash package of Circa £80,000 to £85,000 - Pension - Discretionary Bonus - Opportunities to develop your career and take on interesting work - Working within a fun and collaborative environment Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
