The Role: Leading a team of compliance professionals you will deliver an effective service to the business The compliance regime is already in a strong position but within this growing business and climate of constant regulatory change this is a key position to ensure that the business can trade successfully in a highly compliant manner In addition to leading your team you will, with your peers in the management team, be responsible for setting the strategy on new business acquisition, product development, sales incentives, marketing, supplier engagement and other key parts of the overall business plan You will have the support of the Directors and External Compliance Consultants, so this breadth of this role could be managed to support an up and coming Compliance Manager or it can be stretched to provide a challenge opportunity for an established compliance Manager/Director The Company: Our client are a first class, highly respected independent insurance Broker who pride themselves on providing the highest levels of customer service while also providing competitive quotes to a wide range of private and commercial clients.
